"Bad experience with international shipping"
I ordered a DAC from Apos Audio, and the whole international shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking just stopped updating for days, the customs details were vague, and when I reached out to support, I mostly got the same “just wait” response. It ended up taking much longer than the estimate, and I had to follow up more than once to get anywhere. it kind of felt like once they had my money, getting the order to me wasn’t much of a priority. Maybe they’re fine if you’re ordering within the US, but for overseas shipping, I wouldn’t use them again.

The tracking said my package was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found for two days. I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right when I didn’t see it anywhere, and sure enough, the update was totally wrong.

i asked for a refund and it turned into such a hassle. the replies were really slow, and i kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. it felt like no one was really taking ownership of it and the whole thing just dragged on. maybe other people have had a better experience, but my refund was not smooth at all. i wouldn’t buy from apos.audio again after dealing with that.

I’m just tired of dealing with the same issues here. Replies were slow, my order took way longer than it should have, and even after all that I still didn’t get a clear answer. I gave them another chance, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I ordered headphones from apos.audio and they do seem authentic. The serial number checked out and the packaging looked fine, so I don’t think there’s any issue with the product itself. But the shipping updates were really slow, and I ended up having to contact support just to figure out what was going on. It did arrive and everything seems okay, but that kind of experience makes me lose trust a bit. Overall it worked out, just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

The box showed up completely crushed, and there was barely any padding inside to protect anything. They make it sound like your order will be packed safely and handled with care, but that definitely wasn’t the reality here. Frustrating.

"Checkout turned into a headache"
I tried placing an order on apos.audio, but the checkout process was a mess. My card was working fine, and all I needed was for the payment to go through, but the page froze right after I hit pay.

I ended up starting over twice, which was already annoying, and then the total changed at the very end. At that point it felt like even the most basic thing I was trying to do was just being ignored by the site.

Maybe their gear is great, but I never got far enough to find out. I got frustrated, gave up, and ordered from somewhere else instead.

"Returning it was more hassle than it should’ve been"
The whole return process was just kind of a pain. I figured it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I kept having to check in to see what was going on. It wasn’t terrible in some dramatic way, just frustrating and way less smooth than it should’ve been. By the end of it I was just thinking, yeah, I probably wouldn’t order from apos.audio again if this is what returning something feels like

"Decent sound, but not quite what I expected"
I’ve been using my headphones from apos for a bit, and they sound clean overall. The bass is kind of hard to describe, but it feels a little thin to me, and the highs can get a bit sharp on some songs. They’re definitely fine for everyday listening, I just thought they’d have a little more depth.

"Order came wrong and it was a hassle"
I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but my order showed up wrong, and that’s frustrating. I had to go back and forth with support, and I ended up explaining the issue more than once, which shouldn’t have been necessary. I get that mistakes happen, but when you’re paying for an order, it’s fair to expect the right items to show up. The whole thing just turned into more of a headache than it needed to be. 1 star for fulfillment accuracy.

They’ve got some good audio gear, and I did find a few things I liked, but I wish they carried more brands and had some cheaper options too. The other annoying part was that I got different answers depending on who I asked, which made it harder to figure out what was actually the best choice. Overall not bad, just could be better.

"Pre-sales advice felt rushed and not helpful"
I reached out to Apos before buying because I wasn’t totally sure what would actually work with my setup, and I figured they’d be able to point me in the right direction.

The response I got felt rushed and generic. I asked a couple follow-up questions, but I still didn’t get a clear answer. It felt more like they were nudging me to buy something than actually trying to help.

I felt kind of stupid for trusting them enough to ask in the first place. Maybe other people had a better experience, but the pre-sales advice didn’t help me at all, and I ended up shopping somewhere else
